Terms and Conditions

By booking a reservation or visiting Sessions on 15th, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not book a reservation. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Sessions on 15th is a 21-and-over venue. All guests must be at least 21 years of age and present valid government-issued identification on entry. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age or whose behavior would compromise the safety or enjoyment of other guests.

Reservations are made through our booking system at reservations.sessionson15th.com. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee approval. Our team reviews each request and confirms availability, typically within one business day for standard reservations and within a few business days for larger private events.

We collect the following information at booking time:

• Name and email address (required)
• Phone number (optional)
• Event details (date, time, guest count, type)
• Special requests (optional)

Email address must be verified via a code we send during the booking flow. We use the verified email to send all booking communications.

All payments are processed by Square. We do not store or have direct access to your payment card information. By providing payment information, you agree to Square's terms of service.

• Deposit: 33% of the total is due at booking time to confirm your reservation. For full venue buyouts, 50% is due.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. We send an email (and SMS if you opted in) when it is time to pay.
• Taxes and gratuity: California sales tax applies to food and beverage components. Service gratuity applies to open bar packages. The breakdown is shown at the review step of the booking flow and again on your final receipt.
• Currency: All amounts are in US dollars.

This is the authoritative refund and cancellation policy that governs every booking. It is displayed again at the review step of the booking flow, where it must be acknowledged before submitting. The policy is maintained by the venue and may be updated at any time; the version that applies to your booking is the one shown and acknowledged at the time you submit your reservation.

If you choose to opt in to SMS messages by checking the consent box at the Contact Information step of the booking flow, we use your phone number to send transactional messages related to your reservation: payment links, balance reminders, event reminders, and cancellation notices. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

Message frequency varies based on the status of your booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Sessions on 15th does not share or sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging originator consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that assist in delivering our messaging (Twilio for SMS delivery, Square for payment link delivery), strictly for the purpose of providing the booking-related service you have requested. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Opt-in cannot be transferred or sold.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your booking; you will still receive booking-related communications by email. You can re-enable SMS at any future booking by checking the consent box again.

To keep the experience consistent for every guest, we ask everyone to respect the following while at the venue:

• 21 and over only. Bring ID.
• No outside food or beverage unless arranged in advance for a private event.
• Music programming and volume are set by our resident selectors.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or end a reservation for behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests or staff.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sessions on 15th and TWYG LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our booking service or your visit to the venue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under California law.

Any dispute arising from these terms or a booking will be governed by California law and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California. You and Sessions on 15th waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the booking service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
